Ah it's because of the quotes in the text around "She's new". It's fixable.

She put out a tweet that was RT'd by Transport for all - am trying to see if can get them on our side more (they are helpful) to direct issues our way on to go genie. It shows the listing but not the review which should read I've revisited and it is NOW showing.:
I phoned in advance and asked this company whether they had wheelchair accessible cabs. Having been assured that they did, I booked one for an important journey. What turned up was a saloon car (inaccessible for a power wheelchair user). I phoned the company to ask for an accessible cab to be sent urgently, and was told abruptly that the company had none. When I said that the controller on duty earlier in the day had told me they did, I was told "She's new". Not recommended.
How do we edit it to make spacing better? (Impossible to do in the back end as one long strip of text.
Just another wee thing to do (know it is big to do)

I've looked at this and it's not down to the quotes after all. At least I've replicated adding a review with quotes in it.
Editing spacing? Not sure what you mean - line breaks?
sorry yes line breaks ... (my fault not clear enough)
I fixed this a while ago. Closing
