Add some kind of spam filter #68

I've deleted images that were spamming go genie - particularly BMAG and again the images are being uploaded without having logged in. Finally worked out how to connect the images to the venues in the url but took me about 3 hours to realise :/

Essentially we need to look at something that will disallow spam submissions. So far we're just getting this on one page. It could be a paid-for feature to allow site owners to have admin rights for their venue.
