Enable video uploads #84

A bunch of work here that's been backburnered behind other more important work. Do we have adequate content here yet to know what we should do? Will it be venues or users uploading video?

Both venues and users upload video

I have loads of video footage (and know some of it is in wrong angle (portrait instead of landscape).

Could start with the virtual tour from BMAG?
