Webview2 Alternatives #4

Tauri has a webview2 dependency. Neutralinojs supposedly has an EdgeHTML fallback https://github.com/Elanis/web-to-desktop-framework-comparison

Apparently webview2 is shipping to more PCs, so that's neat https://github.com/MicrosoftEdge/WebView2Feedback/issues/348#issuecomment-1173060063
