In NetCoMi version 1.0.3, using "bootstrap" as spasification method in combination with on of the association methods "bicor", "cclasso", "ccrepe", or "gcoda" leads to the error: argument "verbose" is missing, with no default.
Until the next release, please install NetCoMi from develop branch, where this bug has already been fixed.
