Very cool lib! Can you share some info about the expected quality loss due to the compression? (assuming it's lossy)

It’s in avg. about 0.08Å measured on Calpha. We have it described in our preprint https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.12.09.519715v1 We will update the readme soon.
