--version #43

Hello! We are wrapping foldcomp commands in nf-core (https://github.com/EBI-Metagenomics/nf-modules/tree/foldcomp). Could you please add a command arg to export the version of the tool, such as foldcomp --version? This is needed to automatically write out the version of the software on NextFlow executions, instead of hardcoding it in. Thank you!

Thank you for the suggestion. I've added a --version argument to the foldcomp command.

Thank you! Could you also possibly update the bioconda and quay images on the respective sites to provide this new update?
