foldseek server - two different values of the TM-Score? #185

Hi,

I get two different values of the TM-Scores for a given hit. foldseek

Why?

We normalize the TM-score's differently. The TM-score in the structure view is normalized by the query length. While the TM-score above is normalized by the avg. length of query and target.
