Hi, thanks for developing foldseek which greatly facilitates our scientific research work.

Expected Behavior

I am trying to predict domain family using local structure similarity mentioned in your article, but the Method does not seem to describe how exactly this procedure is implemented. Can you provide a brief tutorial? Thank you in advance.

Hi, thank you for your comments! I'm a bit uncertain about what do you refer to exactly, you mean the analysis leading to results in figure 2? Or do you mean the analysis for results in figure 4?

Hi Inigo. Yes, what I am asking about is the analysis precedure used for figure 4.

Hi @ibarrioh. After two weeks of trying, I still can't reproduce the analysis precedure in section Domain prediction by structure search that you illustrated as Figure 4a. Can you help me?
