absence of `mmseqs` binary not being properly resolved by the interactive `profile` module #9

The interactive profile module currently fails to detect the absence of a dependent binary mmseqs on the environmental path.

The program won't run as expected when the module runs interactively on the system where mmseqs is not/improperly installed.

In such cases, please refrain using the interactive mode before this issue being handled.
