Add filtering of TONE and NYSMAC collection #23

In order to feed TONE and NYSMAC end points we need appropriate filtering of MMD. Collections have been added in MMD.

This is solved and has been implemented. Refinement of the NySMAC filtering may be needed, but will be addressed separately.
