Cannot tell the difference between disable and enabled textareas/textfields #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Lost under the Items submenu
2. click on any item in the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 'identifier' textfield is disable. The 'comment' textarea is not disable. 
It is hard to distinguish between disabled and enable. Maybe grey out the text 
more or grey out the background?

Chrome shows the disabled identifier text color as a bit lighter than the 
enabled comment text color, but something more obvious would definitely be good.
