Nix support #35

A flake or a PR straight to the nixpkgs would be perfect!

I've never used NixOS, so I don't have any knowledge around nix packages/flakes. It will have to wait until I get the time to research that or someone else does that instead before me, but it's generally in my todo list to add packages for multiple distributions in the future
