Requirement:

We need to document the decisions around the technology used and the reason for choosing that technology

Requirements:

  1. Create a .docs directory in the mono-repo
  2. Add an ADR for Vite & Vitest over Webpack and Jest
  3. Add an ADR for Playwright
  4. Add an ADR for Tailwind
  5. Add an ADR for React with Typescript
