Move example, socket_publisher and pangolin_viewer #519

Dependencies between modules are now easier to understand. The build procedure is complex and will be simplified using submodules and colcon.

--viewer option has been added to switch the GUI at runtime. In addition, support has been added for configurations that install both PangolinViewer and SocketPublisher.
