Beautify disassembly in debugger #924

It would be nice to make the debugger disassembly code a little nicer looking. Perhaps use bold fonts and/or different colours for commands vs. operands, etc.

Feedback is welcome here.

Colors OK, bold fonts not so much.

Any suggestions on colour schemes to use?

I don't think anything has been defined here. I would color the following things:

opcodes (maybe a slightly different color for "illegal" opcodes)
the TIA and RIOT constants from vcs.h
immediate values
jump/branch labels
table access labels(ZP RAM, extended RAM, ROM...)
data, depending on detected type (player and PF graphics, audio, colors)
unused code and data
...?

For the colors used we should offer an option to customize them.
