Distinct between head and normal queries/items #34

stella app requires knowledge about system types

[x] identify system types with environment variables
[x] implement a second counter

stella app needs head queries/items
[x] provide lists with head queries and items and load them when starting the app

misc.
[x] index all system types
[x] send a complete list to the system-overview of the stella app
[x] update docker-compose.yml file
