- Update tests to work with MacOs and Linux operating systems by changing the comparison tolerance of
from netcdf file. - Changed diagnostics test such that it checks values to within a tolerance of 10E-15 (to avoid tests complaining about numerical rounding errors/noise).
- Rounded any numerical noise in the geometry file to zero.
