Good news! Ledger released a new version of the Stellar app, 3.1.0, that seems to fix the issues for us. Give it a try and let us know if it does the trick.

Thanks a lot for letting us know! The Ledger now works on the Account Viewer for me too.

Hi guys.

Today I decided to take out my XLM from the Account Viewer and encountered the same problem so I updated my NANO S firmware and is now v1.6 as well as the Stellar app to v3.2.2.

Still though get the same encounters.
