Network upgrade view #1197

To check this you need to start stellar-api from migration branch locally and migrate your stellar-api database. Upgrade view should appear in the dashboard above "My Transactions" table.

I'm proposing following changes:

New network secret seed in the "upgraded" view should be hidden by default. Clicking on "reveal" should make it visible.
We should probably add a following copy to a final view: "You can come back here anytime to access your new address and secret." It's to calm down users and explain that closing a browser window doesn't mean losing new secret.
