@jvilla29xlm It was labeled a Binance wallet a while ago and does seem to be one due to the memos asnd only USDC and XLM or transfered.

Sadly many'most scammers use Binance accounts to take their stolen funds off chain. Binance and ChangeNow are the biggest ones that I have seen used by most scammers and money launderers.

But with that said, there could be a middle man account used to cover their tracts even better. That is something to investigate in the future.
