Hello @Willpierre1, You will need to contact the support at gate.io (this might be the right starting point https://www.gate.io/help) They will need to know the transaction ID. This is found by clicking on the "Operation" number. Most likely they will also want the URL to that transaction ID.
NEVER GIVE ANYONE your private key or recovery phrase. Scammers watch message boards and try pose a tech support. Only discuss issues with the Tech Support that you contact personally, not someone contacting you.
stellar.expert is only a blockchain explorer and does not make any changes on the blockchain.
