Stellar Expert is just a blockchain explorer and does not have any control of transactions on the block chain.

You will need to contact KuCoin kucoin.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new they will also need to know the transaction ID which can be found by clicking on the operation number next to the transaction.
