Hello @spartacodf

You will need to contact Coinbase support. Stellar Expert is just a Stellar blockchain explorer and cannot change any kind of transactions made between different accounts/wallets.

They most likely need to know the transaction IDs in question. You can find this by clicking on the operation number to the left of the listing on Stellar Expert. You should also cut and paste the URL to make it easier for them to review.

Hello @spartacodf

Sending from your wallet is not from an exchange. On Stellar everyone has a direct wallet on the blockchain SDEX. If they are asking for some kind of KYC AML (Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering) evidence then you would have to show how you on ramped money into your account to create it. That source would have required some kind of KYC AML checking when you converted Fiat to Crypto.

It might be also helpful to send URL's for your evidence and not just screen shots of accounts and transactions. Tech support people are like most people and want the easy path to follow.

1) My wallet: GBSX2XH6LTJVT5QUTMF7MUCOB6B4DJTTANWIMAJZSHJDOUVMA5FFMATT

2) The transaction sent to the CoinBase bridge wallet on the Stellar Blockchain. missing the Coinbase Memo needed to be added to my Coinbase exchange account. (memo: 3410188124) 62f963332470fe8029ce9f23f90a6cad4c210d8ef661563c9a8b31fb1dab1f7b

3) The Coinbase bridging wallet on the Stellar Blockchain [Coinbase Withdrawals] GBRSO2HPPEHCZASU3W3ZDMS7ISWPWJZB7IJ4JPFLZMKN7VOTWUCT3SL6

I am surprised that for a transaction of only 122XLM they are not just making the transfer based on a customer service policy of "the customer is always right". Is is not like you were trying to move 1.2 million XLM without using the address tag (memo) that could indicate money laundering.

I hope they can iron this out,
