With over 7.5 million unique addresses, it is impossible to verify and label personal or small project's wallets onto the Stellar Expert database.

The Stellar Expert Blockchain explorer maintains its own database to make it easy for users to find information about transactions on the Stellar Blockchain. It not the blockchain, Stellar Expert is just an explorer of the blockchain and as a result has no direct effect on the blockchain itself.
