The error has been corrected. It seems that the error in flagging was connected to following transactions/payments that involved known fradulent accounts. When domain was checked firebirdconnect.com was a "Hello " page since May and the TOML file and Air Drops also pointed to a possible fraudlent token. The Market Book of millions in sells offers but only a hundreds of buy offers with all most all transactions being sub 1XLM are also usual red flags.

Thank you so much for your help, I think the only time we ever interacted with a counterfeit token was when we were testing out our stellar payment system, we didn't want to use the testnet at that point so we went on to accept some trustline and work with those, so that can explain interacting with fraudulent accounts And as for the site we are working on that heavily to keep everything branded and in sync.
