As you may know already stellar.expert is just a Stellar Blockchain explorer that maintains it's own database to help better inform Stellar Expert users so they can make better informed decisions.

With over 7 million wallets it is not practical to label/tag personal wallets. I hope you understand our policy.

If you believe there is an other reason that this wallet should be labled please let us know.
