Hello @GU0702

You need to be very careful now that you have posted your email and requested PRIVATE help. Other scammers are likely to contact you pretending to be helpful support. NEVER give your private keys or recovery phrases to anyone for any reason. A real tech support will not ask for these.

Stellar Expert is not a part of the stellar blockchain and has no way to help people recover stolen assets. Stellar Expert is just a blockchain explorer tool to make it easier for people to explore (find information) on the Stellar blockchain. Unfortunately in the world of crypto there are some people who lie, deceive, and steal, and then can move these assets to other locations to try to hide their ill gotten assets. Fortunately on any blockchain the activity is recorded and forever able to be followed if you know how. For most exchanges (Binance, ChangeNow, bitrue, IndoDex, etc) that the thieves may try to use to change their stolen assets to currency will need a police report case number to proceed with tracking down the criminal.

his account is sending their takings to Binance with the account memo of 264004205 The information you have here is good and hopefully Binance will be more open to agressively fighting scams after recently agreeing to a fine of over a billion dollars for not fighing such laundering accounts. This is their FAQ page that might give you some direction on which way to go. https://www.binance.com/en/support/faq/how-to-report-scams-on-binance-support-49b6dbdd87ed4c60b527375918ab5683
