I'm sure he means KYC information/data to verify they are real people. As you know anyone can write any thing on their TOML file, There is no kind of verification to mint a token on the Stellar Blockchain that is why MOST are scams.

Stellar Expert was letting me help research and tag/label scam tokens buy they stopped doing that a few months back.

I know they have been busy testing and giving input to the Soroban (smart contracts) on the Stellar Blockchain.

Remember Stellar Expert is not part of the Stellar Development Foundation. Stellar Expert is their own Blockchain explorer and database to make getting/seeing information on the Stellar Blockchain doable without extensive coding skills.

We are very excited about Soroban too! I think regardless of who's named on the TOML file. The fact that the toml file is uploaded to the root directory of rawjuiceguru would indicate that it is in fact issued by the people at RJG. Thanks for your comments.
