It has come to our attention that a particular asset, purportedly representing Web 3.0 technology, is operating fraudulently within the Stellar ecosystem. This fraudulent asset has not only caused significant reputational damage to my client, Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), but has also resulted in substantial financial losses for users in Saudi Arabia who have interacted with it. @Ameentheyoungwolf These are tagged/flagged already on the Stellar Expert database. Stellar Expert is just a Blockchain explorer to help find info about tokens that have been minted on the Stellar Blockchain. As a decentralized Blockchain transactions can not be "stopped".

You would most likely need to start with the domain hoster namecheap.com who lists Reykjavik Iceland as their business location. I am sure they would need to be given a legal warrant to obtain any information (if any) about who created the tokens using the domain https://saudi-stellar.digital/.

Since these tokens are as of yet still unlocked there is some action the minters could do to reduce and disrupt the flow of tokens and the names used.
