Overall trading volumes, Increase then Decrease #558

I have noticed that overall trading volumes for our asset is not consistent, today could be less than the day or month before. Is this not a total trading volume since asset creation? The attached show a minor reduction several hours later, however the overall trading always falls back down from a previous figure. InkedFRED-stellar-expert5_LI1 InkedFRED-stellar-expert6_LI2
