Network Status gradually slowing down #284

The "Network Status" is gradually slowing down until be down. You can reproduce it by opening the preview of #216: https://dashboard-pr216.prototypes.kube001.services.stellar-ops.com/?network=mainnet and looking at "Network Status" for a while

I tried to change the updating interval from 5 sec to 1 sec, but it did not affect the issue. Opening this issue here to keep it on track

Seems to be running fine now.
