Feat: Add missing charts for v2.1 #289

Add missing charts for v2.1:

AreaChart driven by two values
VerticalBarChart should have the ability to show just the primary value
Older AreaChart was renamed to SimpleAreaChart to make things more clear
A BaseTwoValueChart component was created to encapsulate most of the common behavior between AreaChart and VerticalBarChart
Ability to show a max line on BaseTwoValueChart "descendants"
