Dashboard v2 - UI Adjustments #303

Here are the final adjustments from UX:

  1. Move TPS graph to be side by side with TPS box: chart
  2. "By the numbers" module spacing: Spacing of 2 modules to match the others (1.5rem) Screen Shot 2022-08-01 at 5 39 47 PM
  3. Fee Stats Module: Arrow colors should be
