UI adjustments #304

Final adjustments from UX:

  1. Move TPS graph to be side by side with TPS box:

  2. "By the numbers" module spacing: Spacing of 2 modules to match the others (1.5rem)

  3. Fee Stats Module: Arrow colors should be

    • Light Mode: Red -> #EB3B5A Green -> #20BF6B
    • Dark Mode: Red -> #EE5A74 Green -> #26DB7B

  4. All Inner boxes should not have shadows, only the outer cards should
