Which accounts should be imported and labeled "imported" #1670

This question brought up the fact that our "imported" label is inconsistent in our accounts dropdown.

When you onboard by importing using a seed phrase. Freighter then looks up the first 10 derived public keys from the seed and if they have an xlm balance on mainnet, they get imported(also labeled imported). Then we label accounts that you import by secret key as imported as well.

Which keys should be labeled imported? Which account should be imported at onboarding? Right now it is only accounts that are index 1-10 and have an xlm balance.

Accounts derived from the mnemonic should not include the imported label. Only accounts imported from an S key should include it.
