Developer feature request: Add dtslint to the toolkit #649

stellar/js-stellar-base has this, and I believe the sdk should too.

i am a blockchain developer with experience in css, react, solidity, html, javascript etc i will like to be assigned to this issue , i am avaliable to work.

How I plan on tackling this issue

Then, identify the corresponding areas in your SDK where similar functionality could be integrated. And then i will: Plan how to implement these features in the SDK, ensuring compatibility and adherence to existing design principles. Finally, I will implement the changes, followed by thorough testing to confirm that the new functionality works as expected.
