What problem does your feature solve?

This feature will allow SDF to add Google GA4 to the client. We will be able to track engagement and setup custom events on these domains without require future development support.

What would you like to see?

Add this code into the tag on all pages `

@TheLief For certain pages, we may need to add do not track tags. In the past, ran into a vulnerability where seedphrase in the URL where grab by third party analytics app. Need to check the codebase and add do not track tags on the appropriate pages. Moving this to Lab v2 issues.
