Update readme #617

What:

I’ve made some minor grammar fixes in the section about the Docker image and added links to what is included in the Docker image.

I’ve also changed the reference to a Slack channel be changed to the Discord server invite link.

Why:

I feel that it’s important that developers and admins have the right links easily accessible from the README.me file, because it enhances usability.

Also, there is a lot of active discussion on Discord server, and I cannot find a Slack invite when I search online.

Hi @zbraiterman, could you add a "what" and "why" to the PR description to provide context on why the change is needed. We try and include it on changes to this repository. Thanks!
