What

Release v0.1.1, containing all recent commits to main, excluding any commits that changed the versions of any dependencies.

Why

So that we can tag a version of this repo that is compatible with FutureNet, and that has the Gitpod configuration.

The last commit on this PR has been tagged and released as v0.1.1. It will not be merged back to main because these commits already live on main.

This release was done to support https://github.com/stellar/soroban-docs/pull/211.
