SDP-1424 ReCaptcha blocks Re-trying Verification during Wallet Registration

Change ReCaptcha to be initialized through JS in order to capture the WidgetID, given that the reset() function requires a widgetID https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/display#js_api

ReCaptcha reset was not working properly.
