New Timer and Page Themes #17

The timer now only takes input for Total Seconds and then converts to minute:second format. When time runs out, it goes to next question and resets. Added dark green and gold theme to all pages, and changed the fonts to be consistent. Font doesn't have to be what I made it, but at least now it is consistent throughout.

No problem. If you don't like the colors or font they can be changed. Also, I didn't get to the buttons yet. I'll try to finish them, but I'm at the grocery store right now so I may not be able to in time. If there's anything else besides that let me know.

I actually think we have until midnight, but if not then that's fine, you've done two things now.
