CFN NAG and Nested Templates #535

We have recently started to adopt CFN NAG to validate our CF templates but have now started to run into issues with nested templates. Are nested templates supported or is there a possible work around that can be implemented?

@gerwin90 , at this time, nested templates are not supported.
