This PR is essentially what the demo on Friday 2.14.20 was (cleaned up a bit). It enabled an end to end deploy with a basic mu.yml file. In this PR only the network construct is added and deploy is possible with cdk deploy MuPipelineStack executed in the root of the repository.
Documentation is not a part of this PR. Freezing and propagating Git metadata to CodeBuild is also not a part of this PR. this PR is just glue-work to connect different pieces together loosely.
