Split out Go script to build only a Jenkins instance that will then create the demo components #15

Currently the 'go.py' script is a monolithic script that creates all the resources for the Stelligent Demo. It has been proposed that we change this so the go.py script will create the core VPC, SGs and a Jenkins instance. This Jenkins instance will then take over and build the individual components, e.g.: rds, ecs, eb.
