IC-34: Create endpoint for private match creation

This should be POST request with time control and color preference in body and game saved to memory.

Response should be:

• 400 in case of bad request
• 500 in case of server error
• 401 in case of bad / no JWT provided
• 201 in case everything is ok, with game identifier in body
