A command that assists helpers

A command something like ?onechannel which tells people to not post in more than one channel It could post an embed like there already is for other commands:

Please don't post in multiple channels Refer to #how-to-ask for more information Someone will help you eventually! Or something along those lines.

Can be added easily through the !doc command, type !help doc for more.
