An automated response to people who ping helper role in discussion channel.
Tells them to go to a help channel automatically when they try and ping helpers for homework help.
Won't filter everyone who asks questions but may filter some people.

Expected behavior
This is a discussion channel. It is for stem discussions and not homework help. Please read #how-to-ask and pick the appropriate help channel instead.

Seems to happen quite often.
by "discussion channel" you are referring to every channel under the category "discussions" right? if so, the feature will be if message's mentions contains one of helper roles if message's category's id is '808319831191191582' (the discussions category id) send a message right?
