[BUG] When not specifying a color in !pick it will give you a random color

To Reproduce

• Make sure you are allowed to pick a color using !pick
• Use !pick without any extra arguments

Expected Behavior An error message is shown to the user telling him to specify a valid color

Current Behavior The bot gives the user a random color role

Current behavior is a mess:

!color      Gives list of colors
!color arg  Does nothing
!pick       Does nothing
!pick arg   Gives color

Updates to be made:

• !pick will be removed
• !color will list colors
• !color arg wil pick color
