fixed some db emojis on db239493f8b54b56c8e9775a1f9060d52188765c I just realized this isnt actually the repo and the commit hash link wont work anyway

will not deal with values in config.json howto.json for now

dev channel is hardcoded, leave it like this disboard's id is hardcoded, leave it like this hass server id is hardcoded, leave it like this TODO hardcoded scoreboard channel id TODO contact mods is hardcoded eternal counting is hardcoded, leave it like this TODO fix both box and recycle bin emoji TODO fix checkmark emoji hardcoded moderator channel ids, fix it later hardcoded spam channel id, leave it like this TODO trash can emoji on thank reactions

there were some easy fixes but most are just not worth the fix
